evolve transition trust is a charitable trust whose mission is to support vulnerable and challenged individuals and groups within the East Midlands to move through a life transition successfully. The East Midlands region includes: Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire and South Lincolnshire.

This help includes: coaching, running workshops and producing written materials.

Examples of life transitions include:

• School to work
• Unemployment to  employment
• Motherhood to work

The charitable trust was formed in Autumn 2012 by four founding trustees who have a shared vision about providing regional support that will make a difference and are keen to volunteer their time to instigate work programmes for our clients.

Our approach is:

• Focused: we are keen to target our support into areas that will make the biggest difference for individuals within the East Midlands
• Collaborative: our help will be designed in collaboration with our clients so that we can craft solutions that will help to create the desired outcomes
• Sustainable: our intention is to help our clients to regain their self-sufficiency so that they can move forward with confidence

We are funded by donations from individuals and organisations who are keen to help communities across the East Midlands. These funds support the delivery of work programmes through employing our network of coaches and trainers.
